I'm Paul Killigrew. I've spent over 20 years building and scaling Australian operations including inside UK, US and Asian-backed businesses with their initial Australian market entry. From early-stage start-up through to $150M+ annual revenue and world-leading customer experience results. I've built commercial teams, business operations, managed partnerships with Australia's largest enterprises, navigated complex regulatory environments, and translated what works overseas into what works here. I've done this work from the inside, not from the outside.

Arriving in Sydney from London, I've called Australia home since 2003. I'm a dual British–Australian citizen, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a graduate of Durham University in Economics and Mathematics. I live in Melbourne with my wife and two children.
